SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Domestic

 

We aim to send out your order within 1 to 3 working days. In busy times it may take us a little longer. Depending on the size of your purchase, your order will go by Royal Mail Second Class or standard parcel, or by MyHermes, in which case a signature may be required when you receive your parcel.

 

This service should take between 3 to 5 working days. We charge a flat rate of £2.50 per order for standard delivery and free delivery for orders over £25.00. If you would like your order to be tracked please choose this option on checkout. You will receive a tracking number for your order.

Overseas Orders

 

We deliver both to Europe and the Rest of the World. Postage costs vary depending on destination and delivery choice. The exact delivery price will be calculated at the checkout but starts from £6.00. 

 

Delivery times vary but should not take longer than 2 weeks from when we send it. 

 

Overseas Airmail Standard: Cost effective delivery sent via Royal Mail.

Overseas Airmail Tracked: Upgrade to this service at an additional cost. You will get a tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you’d like to start a return, simply email us at hello@ukiuki.co.uk with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Change of Mind

We hope you absolutely love your Uki Uki goodies. But if something isn’t quite right:

  • You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know you’d like to return it.

  • You then have a further 14 days to send it back.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging.

Special Notes by Product Type

  • Tabi Socks: For hygiene reasons, socks can only be returned if unworn, unwashed, and with the original packaging and hygiene seal intact.

  • Stationery & Other Items: Items like stickers, notepads, and other stationery can only be returned if unused, unopened (where sealed), and unaltered.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned items.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are fully protected.

 

If you notice that your order is damaged, please do not accept the package and contact me straight away. Alternatively please photograph the damaged packaging, or send it back so I can see what went wrong.
